Sydney to Palm Beach

Popular for its surf and being the location of the TV series Home and Away, Palm Beach offers an idyllic seaside destination offering great surf, protected areas for swimming, coastal walks, the heritage-listed lighthouse, and ferry across to see the beauty of Kur-ring-gai Chase National Park.

 

Sydney to Palm Beach by Car

 

This option is the fastest route taking the M1 and then onto Warringah Road onwards to Wakehurst Parkway, Pittwater Road and finally Barrenjoey Road. Optionally, you could take the A8 and follow the coast along Pittwater Road for most of the way. There’s probably only 10 minutes difference between the routes.

Sydney to Palm Beach by Bus

 

You can take the B-Line (City Wynyard to Mona Vale bus) from Wynyard Station to Warriewood (51 mins and $2.80) and then take the D200 On Demand – Northern Beaches to Palm Beach.
